the rooms are neat with nice view from the balcony, the balcony, for example and the staff are dedicated. all in all they offer excellent service. it's nice to have wake up calls and ironing for free too.

Serene & Tranquil Forest Retreat Nestled amidst lush greenery, the resort offers a serene and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. the Deluxe Double Room, resembling a treehouse, provides stunning balcony views, creating an immersive experience in nature. the staff's friendliness and attentiveness enhance the overall stay. One area for improvement could be offering more competitive prices for tours and airport transfers.

The secluded bungalow surrounded by lush greenery made us feel like we were in our own private paradise. The scenic views from our balcony were fine, especially with the rain adding to the ambiance. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the cleanliness and hygiene were perfect. The staff, particularly Amal, were always there to cater to our needs and ensure our comfort. The homely food they prepared was delicious, and we appreciated the use of glass water bottles. Despite being located outside of town, the peace and quiet were worth the extra travel. The resort also arranged fantastic trekking and tour experiences for us. we highly recommend this resort for a relaxing stay.

Best aspects of my New Year stay were the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel in the middle of a wood provided a serene and peaceful environment. the hotel staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to nearby towns for exploring.

Worst aspects of my stay were the limited hot water supply during the shower and the spiciness of dinner. However, the nearby towns offer alternative dining options and the scenic views around the hotel made up for the limited hot water supply.

Staying in this hotel was a dream come true for me. From the clean and well-maintained facilities to the hearty breakfast, everything was spot on. The hotel's location amidst greenery in the mountains was amazing; I was like I was in an earthly paradise. The staff's hospitality was really good and made me feel like I was part of their family. the hotel provided transportation services and had ample parking, very convenient.

The bungalows were very private and located in a lush green forest with birds chirping all around. the staff was attentive and the balcony provided a great place to relax after a day of hiking. the location was good, being only a short drive away from both a park and a dam with boating and other attractions.

The dinner served at the hotel was very spicy, so those with sensitive stomachs may need to request more mild dishes. the property was a bit far from the main town, so the climate was not as cool as some may expect.
